Watford vs Arsenal – Betting Tips and Premier League Preview
Watford awaits Arsenal in the closing match of the 5th round of the English Premier League. The Hornets are last in the standings with just one point in four clashes, and that is something which only a few hoped to see. Meanwhile, Arsenal is at its usual fifth spot, very close to the Champions League are, but still outside the same. This should be an interesting and fun game to see, and with a lot of goals as we believe.
To be honest, we too didn’t expect Watford to start the season this bad. They had a solid preseason record, and defeated some pretty respectable names, but once the campaign kicked-off the Hornets lost their touch. Brighton demolished them in the opening round, then lost against Everton and West Ham. The first and the only point came in Newcastle where they played 1-1 with the Magpies. In the meantime, Javi Garcia’s guys defeated Coventry in the English Football Cup with 3-0. All of their three games at home saw over 2.5 goals, but on two occasions, they were the side which allowed three hits. There are problems in the offence, as they scored just twice in the first four games. That is perhaps because their leading striker and a legend Troy Deeney is out because of a knee injury.
Arsenal is oscillating. But that is not something new, as the Gunners frustrate their fans with such performances over the last few years. After opening the season with two straight wins, they recorded a loss in Liverpool and a draw against their hated enemies, Tottenham Hotspurs. Emery’s guys could have even won in the North London derby, but a little bit of luck and composure were needed to do so. This team has a great disbalance between the defence and the offence, and all of you could see that in the recent matches. For now, David Luiz didn’t show very well, while on the other side, Nicolas Pepe brought in additional quality to the attack. Four of the previous five matches Arsenal played saw more than 2.5 goals, and they all ended with both teams scoring. It is simply the style of play of this team, and we can’t see that changing anytime soon.

Team News
It seems that all Watford players are at disposal for Javi Gracia.
Arsenal are on the verge of adding Kieran Tierney and Hector Bellerin to their squad as they get set to resume Premier League action after the international break. Mesut Ozil has not appeared for Arsenal yet this season, but Glen Johnson believes Gunners boss Unai Emery needs to change that situation as soon as possible.
Prediction
There is no other choice but to follow the efficiency pattern of Arsenal’s attack and bet on Emery’s side to win this match. They are better than the Hornets, who are obviously having troubles since the season started. Plus, the Gunners need to triumph and continue with their Champions League pursuit. Spilling more points this early wouldn’t be good at all. Plus, William Hill’s offer at 1/1 for their success is just too tempting to skip it this time.
As for the second suggestion, Arsenal to score over 1.5 goals is even safer. They have a lethal attack, which will no doubt have a lot of chances against Watford’s defence. Unibet’s high odds, 7/10, are perfect for this.
